March 29, 2016 BARBARA ANN (SENSIBA) DESGRANGES Barbara Ann (Sensiba) Desgranges, age 80, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, March 26, 2016. Barb was born to Samuel & Mildred on March 3, 1936. After graduation from Lake Odessa High School, Barb went to work for Michigan national Bank in Grand Rapids, In April 1956, Barbara wed Aubrey (Bill) Desgranges at Clarksville Bible Church. Barbara worked in the banking industry for many years. during those years she a & Bill created the "ADDBAD" Corporation. Barb & Bill successfully ran Lake Odessa Oil Company, Bill's Citgo and Morrison lake Country Club. Each business was highly successful & all were popular local hangouts hosting many get-togethers through the years. Barb was famous for her hard work ethic. Barb & Bill participated in civil organizations & were constant contributors in the vibrant Lakewood Community. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Ronnie, Donnie, Jonnie, her in-laws John Wesley & Ruth Desgranges, Several brothers and sister-in-law, uncles & cousins. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Bill, Her children Darris & Kim Desgranges of Grand Rapids; Denish & Dave Newman of Clarksville, Dan & Beth Desgranges of Holland and Derek Desgranges and Stacie McNees of Sunfield. She was adored by her 9 grandchildren; Darrin & Dylan Desgranges; Matthew Hostetler, Scott & Jordan Hostetler; Dan II Desgranges & fiance Sherry Howe, Sam & Kristin Desgranges; Jackson Desgrangees, Aubree Desgranges & Lyndan Desgranges and her two Greats, Brynn & Bailey Hostetler. Her sisters Susan & Gail Foxworthy of Kent City and Sandy & Larry Simon of Hastings.
