DEXTER, ABIGAIL R. (SMITH) (MRS. CHARLES): 
   IONIA DAILY SENTINEL STANDARD, 4-21-1920:  "Mrs. Abigial R. Dexter, widow of
Charles Dexter, died at the home of her  nephew, Vern Smith, in Easton Tuesday
afternoon at age 82.
   She was one of the last of the old Dexter family, at least of those who went
by the old family name, her only daughter having died some time ago.
   The funeral will be held at the home at 2:00 Thursday."

   THE SARANAC ADVERTISER, MI, 4-28-1920, p 5:  "Mrs. Abigail R. Dexter, widow
of Charles Dexter, died at the home of her nephew, Vern Smith, in Easton Tuesday
afternoon, at age 82.  She was one of the last of the old Dexter family, at
least of those who went by the family name, her only daughter having died some
time ago.
    The funeral was held Thursday afternoon from the home and interment in
Easton cemetery."
