Ionia Sentinel Standard, 11 Nov 1996

Christopher John Dick, 21 of Lyons, died Saturday evening, Nov. 9, 1996 from
injuries received in a car accident in Lyons Township.  He was born in Ionia May
4, 1975, the son of Duane and Joanna (Patrick) Dick, and graduated from Ionia
High School.  He was employed as a press operator at Brown Corp.

Survivors include his father, Duane Dick of Edmore; mother Joanne Dick of Lyons;
step-father Dennis Ervin of Lyons; brothers Garry Patrick of Ionia, Thomas
Patrick of Chicago, Kevin Dick of Ionia, Chance Ervin of Lyons and Zachary Ervin
of Lyons; sisters Carri Porter of Ionia, Mrs. Rhonda Alexander of Ionia, Betty
Jo Ervin of Lyons and Catherine Ervin of Lyons; step-sister Mrs. Denise Erikson
of Hastings; and maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Patrick of Ionia.

Visitation will be today (Monday) and Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the
Hull Memorial Chapel, Muir.  Funeral service will be Wednesday Nov. 13 at 2 p.m.
at the First Christian Church of Muir, with Pastor Robert Girdwood officiating.
 Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Muir.  Donations for the Heart Fund may be
left at the funeral home.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he is buried
in Lyons Cemetery, Burger Section, Lot #41.]
