                               WILLIAM C. DICKEN

Funeral services for William C. Dicken, 83, of 3104 Whites Bridge Road were held 
Saturday afternoon at Huffman Funeral Home. Mr. Dicken died Thursday,November 
25, at Belding Community Hospital.

Rev. Elton Mills of Lowell officiated at the services. Interment was at Smyrna 
Cemetery.

Mr. Dicken was born December 29, 188 in Otisco Township,Ionia County. He was the 
son of Milo and eve (DeGraw) Dicken. He was married to Elma Roush Lockwood 
January 9, 1936 in Whitneyville. Mr.Dicken ad retired after being a self-
employed farmer.

He is survived by his wife Elma' two daughters Mrs.Bentley Smith of Meredith and 
Mrs.Elwyn (Lydia) Hart of Route 1, Belding; one step-daughter Mrs.Howard Insley 
of Smyrna; one son Vernon Dicken of Tempe,Arizonz; one step-son Richard Lockwood 
of Route 1 Belding; 17 grandchildren.
