Y., June 20, 1820, and died at the residence of her son James Dildine, August 27, 1897. At the age of six years she moved with her parents to Elmira, N. Y. In July 1840, she married Wm. Dildine, six children were born to them, Jane L. wife of G. W. Conner, John and Rebecca who died in infancy, Orrissa W. wife of the late J. B. DeLong, William Jr. who died six years ago and James R. Dildine where she died. In 1843 they moved with their family to Easton, Ionia county, together with C. W. Reynolds her brother, who is still living on his farm near Dildine corners. She was converted and joined the M. E. church in 1849 of which she was a faithful member until death. Father Dildine passed to his reward in March 1890. Their home was the home of all the ministers, they were always welcome. She hath fought the good fight, she hath finished the course, for her are laid up treasures in heaven. The bereaved family have the sympathy of their many friends. This verse was very precious to the deceased: “In Heaven above, where all is love, There will be no sorrow there.” File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/mi/ionia/obits/d/dildine3294nob.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.net/mifiles/ File size: 1.7 Kb
