Ionia County News, 5 May 1932

Mrs. Emma Hood Dildine passed away Sunday morning at the age of 75 years 10
months.  Last August she broke her hip when she fell at the home of a niece at
Big Rapids.  She was a patient sufferer.  Mrs. Dildine was a life-long resident
of Clarksville, a true and faithful member of the Congregational church, a
sister Rebekah.  She leaves to mourn their loss, one daughter, Mrs. Edyth
Decker, with whom she made her home; one brother, Allie Hood, of Joliet, Ill.,
several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Funeral services were held Tuesday
afternoon at the Congregational church and interment in the Clarksville cemetery.
