The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, May 28, 1919
After suffering from a stroke of paralysis Saturday night, Mrs. Sarah Jane 
Dillenbeck, widow of the late Jacob Dillenbeck, died at her home on Johnson 
street late Tuesday afternoon.  Mrs. Dillenbeck suffered another stroke during 
the night Monday and when she was observed Tuesday morning appeared to be 
sleeping.  During the forenoon however it was discovered that she had again 
been stricken.

Mrs. Dillenbeck was a sister of the late Seth Warfield and a well known and 
long time resident of Ionia.  She leaves four children, Anna of Muskegon, Mrs. 
Emma Barber of Portland , Oregon, Mrs. Minnie Molitor of Detroit, and Wm. 
Quayle of Detroit.  She was 72 years of age.
