Portland Observer date unkown
Died - At the residence of his parents in Portland, Frank P. Dilley, age 24 
years, 1 month and 26 days. For the past year Frank has been a patient sufferer 
of that dread disease - Consumption and his death was expected for the past two 
months. His remains were interred in the cemetery last Sunday under the direction 
of the Royal Arcanum of which he was an honored member.

Additional Comments:
Franklin "Frank" was the son of Catherine and Josiah Dilley of Portland.
