Dimmick was born at Belding April 30, 1892, and had lived there most of his life except for ten years in Ionia. He managed the Belding lumber company for a number of years and worked at the Michigan State Reformatory. He and his wife had gone to Florida 15 months ago and had planned to make their home there. Surviving are his wife, Augusta, a son, Donald of Groves, Texas, a daughter, Mrs. Paul Stahlin of Sanibel, Island, Florida, a sister, Mrs. Bert Storey of Cooks Corners, and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Ellis funeral home, Belding Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. H. S. Ellis officiating. Burial will be placed in mausoleum in Otisco cemetery.
