Ionia Sentinel Standard, 22 Sep 1990

Maxine M. Dinehart, 74, died Sept. 21 at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. 
She was born the daughter of Henry and Alice (Morgan) Smith on Oct. 2, 1915 in
Carson City.  She married Clarence Dinehart in Elkhart, Ind., in 1931.  He
survives.

She is also survived by one son, Joseph, of Ionia; two daughters, Mrs. Gary
(Sharon) Gonnella and Mrs. Dan (Deanne) Stephens, both of Ionia; eight
grandchildren; and one brother, E.J. Smith of Middleville.  She was preceded in
death by three brothers and one sister.

In accordance with Mrs. Dinehart’s wishes, there will be no funeral service or
visitation.  Burial will be in Easton Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be
made to American Cancer Society.  Envelopes are available at the Cook Funeral
Home in Ionia.
