Sentinel-Std. - Friday, Dec. 30, 1960

Mrs. Helen Dobbs, 66 of 676 New North Dexter street, died Thursday evening at Ionia

County memorial hospital where she had been a patient since Monday.

She was born May 4, 2894 in Westphalia, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob 
Gensterblum, and had made her home in Westphalia and Portland, and in Ionia the past

10 years.

Survivors include a son, Joseph Newberg of Lexington, Ky.: two sisters, Mrs. Edward

Lennemann of Portland, and Mrs. Robert Belen of Westphalia, and one brother, John 
Gensterblum of Kingsley, California.

Service will be held at Phelps funeral chapel Saturday at 3 p.m. with interment at 
Portland cemetery. The Rev. Fr. Vincent J. Kamarauskas will officiate.
