Herbert S. Dodds, 72, died Monday morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. Julia 
Goff, in Keene township.  He was born November 18, 1881, in Michigan.

He is survived by two sons, Lawrence Dodds of Flint and Beryl Dodds of Owosso; 
one daughter, Mrs. Ferne Franks of Lake Orion; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Osborne of 
Saranac and Mrs. Julia Goff of Keene township; eight grandchildren and two 
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 at Morris funeral 
home with the Rev. Hubert Ellis of Belding officiating.  Burial will be at 
Saranac cemetery.
