Ionia Daily Sentinel, 2 May 1958

Saranac – Mrs. Allie E. Dodds, 86, died Friday morning at her home after a long
illness.  She was born January 1, 1872 in Aurora, Ill., the daughter of John and
Marguerite Dysard.  Her husband, Edson Dodds, died in 1944.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Nina Good of Saranac; two sons, Harry of
Saranac, and Leo of Grand Rapids; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren;
and two brothers, Frank Dysard of ??, Minn. and Fred Dysard of Jacksonville, Fla.

Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the Morris funeral home. 
The Rev. Glenn McCarty will officiate, and interment will be in Saranac cemetery.
