                               MABLE DODDS

Mable Dodds, 79, died Thursday at the Ionia Manor.

She was born in Saranac on August 24,1896, the daughter of Mr.and Mrs.Tucker 
Trowbridge. she has lived in Saranac all her life.

She married her husband Harry Dodds on August 16, 1916 in Saranac, who preceded 
her in death in 1969.

She is survived by one daughter, Lois Chadwick of Saranac; one brother, Glen 
Lavendar of Bellevue, three sisters, Anna Fay of Colorado, Florence Polock of 
DeWitt and Emma Knoll of Battle Creek, one granddaughter, Anne Smith of Saranac 
and two great grandsons.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Roetman-Lake Funeral 
Home in Saranac with the Rev. Edwin Mendenhall officiating.

Interment will be in Saranac cemetery. Anyone wishing may make contributions to 
the Heart Fund.
