Dodge With Rev. M.W. Duffey in charge, the funeral services for Winslow J. Dodge were held at the home, 332 Rich street, Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The flowers were in charge of Dr. Bess Strong and Miss Gertrude Zank. Bearers were Lee Yates, Dee Wilson, Chandler Haight, and W.Y. Templeton. Burial was in the Highland Park mausoleum. Mr. Dodge, one of Ionia's coal dealers, died suddenly at his home on Monday night following several weeks illness. Among those from out of town here to attend the services were Mrs. Emma Yerex, of Ann Arbor; Mrs. Charles Ogletree and Ben Cutler, Central lake; Mrs. Margaret Terry, Tacoma, Wash.; Moreau Whitbeck and mother, Mrs. Minerva Whitebeck, Montague; Mrs. Josephine Whitehead and Donna, of Newaygo; A.W. King, Detroit; Charles Hall, Greenville; Mr. and Mrs. B.F. Hutchins, Grand Rapids; and Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Dodge and children, Grand Rapids.
