Ionia Sentinel Standard, 3 & 4 Oct 1923

Word has been received here of the death of Herman Doebert, which occurred
Tuesday at the Women’s and Children’s hospital in Saginaw.  The body will be
brought to Ionia some time today and the funeral announcement will be made later.

The funeral service for Herman Doebbert will be held from the residence of Mr.
and Mrs. Michael Dreger, 119 Hill street, Friday afternoon at 1:30 and from the
German Lutheran church at 2 o’clock.  Rev. B.H. Succop will officiate.  Burial
will take place in Highland Park cemetery.
