Leila Dolley aged 79 of Ionia passed away February 21, 2006 in Ionia. She was 
born February 8, 1927 in Royal Oak, MI the daughter of Forrest and Laura 
(McClain) Stanton.  She married Earl Dolley July 23, 1948 he preceded her in 
death in 1999.  

She is survived by her children Leslee and Ken Frank of Kentucky, Kay Moore of 
Florida, Shireen Dolley of Florida, Marlene Moore of Grand Rapids and Doug 
Dolley of Orleans. Brothers Calvin and Arlene Stanton of Ionia, Alvin and 
Georgia Stanton of Royal Oak. Sister Linda and Thomas Russell of Greenville. 
14 Grandchildren and 26 Great Grandchildren. Brother in law Tony and Sheila 
Dolley of Caledonia; Sisters in law Dora and Elmer Jones of Ionia, Dorothy 
Dolley of Ionia, Geraldine and Roland Leland of Orleans, Effie Campbell of 
Lowell. Several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her son 
Garry.

Funeral services for Mrs. Dolley will be held Friday 11 a.m. at the Lake 
Funeral Home in Ionia with Rev. Darren Tharp officiating. Interment in the 
spring in Easton Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday 6-8 P.M. and on 
Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. Anyone 
wishing may make memorial contributions to American Cancer Society or the 
American Diabetes Association.
