He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic church of Hubbardston and Knights of Columbus of Carson City, a World War I veteran and vice commander of the American Legion post of Hubbardston. Mr. Donahue was a retired rural mail carrier of the Hubbardston area. He is survived by his wife, Lillian, two sons, Raymond of Grand Rapids and Richard at home, three daughters, Kathryn of Ann Arbor, Mrs. William Roka of Owosso and Mrs. Robert McKenna of Carson City, ten grandchildren, three brothers, Lawrence, William and John of Hubbardston, and one sister, Mrs. Nora Merrill of River Rouge. Requim high mass will be said Monday at 10 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic church of Hubbardston.
