Ionia Sentinel Standard, 16 Nov 1959

Funeral service for Mrs. Josephine (Fitch) Dorin, 61, 921 Hickory street, 
Lansing, who died November 12 at a hospital in Ontario, Canada, will be 
conducted Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Resurrection church in Lansing.

Mrs. Dorin was born December 5, 1897 in South Ionia, the daughter of Alex and 
Elizabeth Fitch; and had resided in Lansing the past 24 years.

She was married to Alden Dorin in 1924.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Wayne, at home; two sisters, 
Mrs. Dorothy Hoffmeyer and Margueritte Fitch of Lansing, and one cousin, Mrs. 
Daisy Quigley of Ionia.

Burial will be at Balcom cemetery about 11 a.m. Tuesday.
