Belding Banner-News, 29 May 1952

Funeral services were held May 20 at Rigley funeral home in Detroit for Dr.
Frank W. Dorr of Detroit who passed away May 17 leaving one son Allen W. and
three daughters, Mrs. John E. Jacobson of Detroit, Marjory E. of Toledo, Ohio
and Mrs. Harold Pattison of Pontiac, seven grandchildren and two great
grandchildren.

Dr. Dorr came to this city in 1909 and bought the practice of Dr. I.S. Morris
and his home at 221 S. Pleasant street.  After three or four years he sold out
and later returned to Detroit.  He was a cousin of the late Asa E. Dorr and will
be remembered by other relatives and friends in this vicinity.
