The Ionia County News, Thursday, January 8, 1959
Funeral services were held Friday, January 2, at Phelps funeral chapel for 
Mrs. Tillie I. Doty, 82, who died Monday, December 29 at her home on Route 4, 
Ionia.  The Rev. Heath Goodwin conducted the services.  Interment was in 
Balcom Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Lloyd Hampshire, Floyd Hampshire, Robert 
Densmore, Norman Perry, Russell Shattuck and Henry Visser.
