He had been ailing for some time past but his condition had caused no alarm until on Thursday night, when he was taken seriously ill. Dr.Horner was summoned but he was past help and after three days of terrible suffering, death came as the only relief for his misery. He will be greatly missed, not only by his family, but by a host of warm friends. He was an honest man, and we join with his other friends in extending to the bereaved family our sincere sympathy.
