Sept. 10, 1976 OLIVE MABEL DRAKE LYONS - Olive Mabel Drake, 80, of 148 Baldwin, died Thursday evening at Sheridan Community hospital after a long illness. She was born in Kinsman, Ohio, January 30, 1896, the daughter of Winfield and Flora Rose. She graduated from Gustavus high school. She married Walter Drake in Warren, Ohio, in January, 1923. They settled in the Pewamo-Lyons area in 1938. Mrs. Drake was a member of the Matherton United Brethren church and the women's missionary society. She is survived by her husband Walter; one son, Dale of Portland; a sister, Mrs. Susan Morse of Lancaster, Ohio; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Hull Memorial chapel is in charge of services to be Sunday at 2 pm at the Matherton Brethren church with Rev. James Baney and Rev. Norman Wibert officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Matherton United Brethren church building fund.
