Ionia Standard, 15 Dec 1905

Nathan T. Draper died at the county house, Wed. evening, at age of 102 yrs.  He
will be remembered by many of our citizens as a man in the prime of life during
the war, and just before.  He was probably the oldest person in the county.  He
was without near relatives here, his wife and seven of his eight children having
preceded him across the shadowy river.  Remains will be taken to Litchfield
today for burial beside his wife.
