Mrs. Ethel L. Dravenstatt, 778, of 12820 Jones road, widow of Roy H. 
Dravenstatt, was found dead at her home Monday evening by neighbors who came to 
do chores at the farm.  They reported seeing the woman alive earlier in the 
day.  Investigating officers said Mrs. Dravenstatt’s death was due to natural 
causes.

She had lived within a six-mile radius of Portland in Danby township all her 
life and for 52 years was a member of Eagle Methodist church.  She is survived 
by cousins, nieces and nephews.

The body will be at Neller funeral home in Portland until 9:30 a.m. Thursday 
when it will be removed to Eagle Methodist church where service will be 
conducted at 1 p.m.  Burial will be at North Eagle cemetery.  Bearers will be 
Robert Atherton, Robert, Ernest and Forrest Selden, Allen Huhn and Roland 
Clements.
