The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, August 1999
Gaylord (Dutch) Dreger, 88, of Bonita Springs, Fla., formerly of Belding, 
passed away August 25, 1999 in Florida.  He was born July 14, 1911 in Ionia, 
the son of August and Olive Dreger.  He went on to marry Dorothy Face, April 
29, 1934 in Ionia.  She survives him in Florida.  

Also surviving are one son, Fred and Delilah Dreger of Texas; three daughters, 
Janice and Jack Jesko of Grand Ledge, Judy and Gene Gerke of Grand Rapids and 
Teri and Al Almy of Orleans; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 
several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne 
Dreger.

He was retired from Fedders in Greenville in 1976.  He was a past master of 
the Masonic Lodge of Belding and was a member of the York Lodge of Grand 
Rapids.  

A memorial service will be held in November in Bonita Springs, Fla.  Memorial 
contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
