Ionia Daily Sentinel, 2 Jun 1913

Mr. and Mrs. Peter Droste, living near Pewamo were the sad victims of a double
loss last week when their two-year-old son, Benjamin and their six-year-old
daughter, Floretta, died.  Both deaths came on Friday and were the results of
pneumonia resulting from a slight attack of measles.  A double funeral was held.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that they were
buried in St. Joseph Cemetery in Pewamo.]
