      Charles Joseph Droste

Died Wednesday December 18, 2024-age 95 of Saranac
Born June 1, 1929, son of Edward & Mary (Fox) Droste in Pewamo, MI.
Married Doris Noffke on October 6, 1956.
Charles was a Work-a-holic, he enjoyed hunting, camping & bowling.
He loved spending time with his family, playing cards, traveling, doing yard 
work & was always telling jokes.
Survived by his wife, Doris of Saranac; children, Connie(Phillip)Stover of 
Saranac, Daniel (Amy) Droste of Grand Blanc, Brian Droste of Indiana,Michael 
Droste of Ionia & Kathy(Art) Adams of Saranac; sister,Jane Lehman of Greenville; 
sister-in-law,Helen Droste of Grand Ledge, 12 grandchildren & 22 great-
grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, b; brothers,Alvin Droste & Gilbert 
Droste; & sister, Agnes Slowinski.
Visitation will be  Thursday, December 26, from 6-8 PM & Friday December 27 from 
12-2 PM with a Rosary at at 2PM at the Lake Funeral Home in Saranac.
A Memorial Mass will be at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Hospice.
