The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Friday, January 19, 1934


Services were held for William H. Duffey, Sr., Thursday morning at the SS Peter 
and Paul church.  Fr. Kelly conducted the services.  The honorary pall bearers 
were John Ikner, R. A. Redemsky and L. Avery.  Bearers were Fred Williams, Jay 
Macklin, Clark Seymour, Ed Groening, Tom Boln and August McDonald.  Interment 
was held at the St. Mary’s cemetery in Muskegon.

Those who attended the services from out of town were Mrs. Mary Stevens, of 
Mancelona, Frank Duffey, of Kent City, Mr. and Mrs. Will Duffey, Mr. and Mrs. 
Ida Enos, Mrs. M. M. Warren and family, Jack Garvey and family, Mrs. Martin 
Grescowle, of Grand Rapids, Mrs. James Garvey, Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Lambardo, of 
Muskegon, Mrs. Juno Noles, Mrs. Carrie Hart, Mrs. Millie Hall, Mr. and Mrs. 
Angus McDonald of Grand Ledge, Ronald Redemsky, of Detroit, Mr. and Mrs. C. J. 
Kieft, of Saginaw, Mrs. George Hogarth, Mrs. F. G. Affeldt, Mrs. Kit Clardy, 
Miss Helga (illegible), Miss Muriel Firstneau and Lester Simmon of Lansing.
