Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Wed. Oct. 10, 2012

James Duffy, 72, of Ionia, passed away on Monday, Oct. 8, 2012. He was born on 
Jan. 5, 1940 in Derry, Northern Ireland, the son of Patrick and Mary Rose 
(Barrett) Duffy. 

Preceding him in death was his son, Liam Duffy. Surviving are his wife, 
Patricia Duffy; son Ruairi (Kelly( Duffy; daughter, Moria Duffy; and 
grandchildren, Aiden, Tara, Sean and Marty Duffy.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 
2012 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Parnell, with Rev. Rock Badgerow 
presiding.

Rite of Committal will follow at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Parnell.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Lehman 
Funeral Homes, 22o Rich St., Ionia. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. on 
Thursday.
