Ida N. Du Fief Passes Away
Mrs. Ida N. Du Fief, 89, passed away suddenly at her home at 443 Umatilla, S.E.,
Grand Rapids Wednesday forenoon.

A native of Clarksville she was the daughter of Thomas J. and Eva R. (Townsend)
Justice and passed away on her birthday.

She had spent most of her life at Clarksville and with her parents at one time when
they resided in Lake Odessa, until moving to Grand Rapids 23 years ago. Her husband
Lawrence Du Fief passed away to 1938.

Surviving are a son Perle Braendle of Caledonia, four grand children and 23 great-
grandchildren and a brother Frank Justice of Lansing.

Funeral services were held Friday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel at
Clarksville. Rev. Donald Mathis officiated with burial in the Clarksville cemetery.
