He was born September 2, 1852 in Burbank O., and was the son of Samuel and Sarah Dull of Pennsylvania. In 1879, he was married to Viola Knapp and they came to Michigan to make their home near Vickeryville in 1896. About 1901, the couple moved to Fenwick and Mrs. Dull died in 1918. In 1925, he was married to Mrs. Ira Brown Flint and the couple lived near Shiloh until 1933 when she preceded him in death. Since that time, Mr. Dull had lived near Shanty Plains and Fenwick. He had lived with Mr. and Mrs. Edward Frost for the past six years and on January 30, 1943, he moved to Ionia to live with his niece Mrs. Daton Elzey. He was a member of the United Brethern church at Shanty Plains. He was the last survivor of a family of nine children. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Stone funeral home. Arrangements for burial have not been completed. Additional Comments: Supplemental: Funeral services for Jonas S. Dull, 90 of Ionia township, were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Stone funeral home. Rev. Stuart Kochensparger, pastor of the United Brethren church at Shanty Plains, officiated, and burial was in the famly lot at Palo cemetery. Pallbearers were Daton Elzey, Merle Bryner, Peter Gallagher and Albert Lemke, Those who attended from away were Mr and Mrs Merle Bryner of Burbank Ohio; Mrs. Frank Simcox of Homerville, Ohio, Mr and Mrs Edward Frost, Mr and Mrs M.D. Frost, Mrs Robert Lynn and daughter and Rev and Mrs Stuart Kochensparger of Fenwick.
