The Hastings Reminder, Tuesday, July 30, 1996


Leo Mildred Dull, age 91, of Lake Odessa passed away Tuesday, July 23, 1996 at 
Pennock Hospital, Hastings.  She was born June 4, 1905 in Sunfield, the 
daughter of John and Grace (Helmer) Rogers.  She attended Nead Elementary 
School and graduated from Woodland High School.

She was married to Loring Dull June 15, 1927 in Nashville, he preceded her 
November 22, 1984.  She taught at Mason, Evans, Austin, Beigh, Star and Lake 
Odessa Schools.  

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy McClelland and Ethel 
Carey; one brother, Victor Rogers.  Mrs. Dull is survived by three sisters, 
Elsie Meyers of Bristol, Indiana, Ruth Rogers of Hastings; Kathlene Benham of 
Hastings; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Thursday, July 25, 1996 at the Koops Funeral Chapel 
in Lake Odessa with Reverend George Speas officiating.  Interment was in 
Woodland Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Lakewood 
Community Ambulance.
