Ionia Sentinel-Standard
Edward C. Dwyer, 77, of Hubbardston died Saturday at the Carson City hospital.  
He was born in Montcalm county July 5, 1898 and was a lifetime resident of the 
area.  He was a member of the Farm Bureau and a third degree Knight of Columbus.

Survivors include his wife, Josephine; one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Bliss of 
Fenwick; two sons, Ray Dwyer of Lansing and John Dwyer of Grand Ledge; four 
sisters, Mary Rademacher of Grand Ledge, Mable Cook of Pewamo, Katherine Whitney 
of Lansing and Julia Carlson of Holly; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great 
grandchildren.

Services were Tuesday at 11 am at the St John’s the Baptist Catholic church in 
Hubbardston. Rev. Father E. R. Fox officiated.  Burial was at the church 
cemetery.
