Ionia Sentinel Standard-Sat.February 22, 1975

                               ETHEL DYKE

Mrs. Ethel Dyke, 90, of 109 Mill died early Saturday morning at the Ionia Manor.

Born in Vickeryville May 27, 1884, she was the daughter of Mr.and Mrs.James 
E.Maynard.

January 28, 1907, she was married in Stanton to Frank Dyke who died September of 
1957. A son, Clifton, died three years ago.

She has lived most of her married life in the Ionia area and was a member of the 
First Presbyterian church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.Donna Allen of Saranac and MRs.Winifred Markle 
of Ionia; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and six great-great-
grandchildren; and brother Orrie Maynard of Lyons.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Myers-Roetman Funeral Home. 
Interment will be at the Vickeryville Cemetery.

A memorial hs been established for the First Presbyterian Church.

The family members will be at the funeral home Saturday from 7 to 9pm and Sunday 
from 2 to 4pm. and 7 to 9pm.
