The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, May 12, 2007
Gladys Dyke, of Holland, formerly of Lake Odessa and Berlin Center, passed 
away on March 16, 2007 at Oak Crest Manors of Kentwood at the age of 105.  She 
was born at Middleton, MI, September 21, 1901 to John and Mary (Harlow) 
Barnes. 

She is preceded in death by husband, Isaac E. Dyke; and step-daughter, Sheila 
Wolfert of Ionia. She is survived by daughter, Patricia (Robert) Reed of 
Holland, MI; grandsons, David Reed and Cindi ReNee of Lowell, MI, Douglas 
(Janet) Reed of Vero Beach, FL, Brett (Lynne) Reed of Woodstock, IL; 
granddaughters Amy (Barry) Acton of Hudsonville, MI, Mary Beth Reed of 
Cascade, ID; step-grandson Larry (Vada) Reed of Ludington, MI; and several 
grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Interment with a graveside service will take place May 26, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. 
at Highland Park Cemetery in Ionia, MI.  Family wishes in lieu of flowers 
those who would like to remember her consider, Oak Crest Manors, 5980 Eastern 
S.E., Kentwood, MI 49508. Faith Hospice, 2100 Raybrook St. Suite 300, Grand 
Rapids, MI 49546, or PEG scholarships for college bound burn survivors at the 
Phoenix Society, 1835 R.W. Berends Dr. S.W., Grand Rapids, MI 49519.
