Funeral services will be held at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Earl on South Kent street, Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock, in charge of Rev. W. E. Doty. Burial will be made in Portland cemetery. Mr. Earl was born in Portland and had spent practically his entire lifetime in this vicinity. He was an expert meat cutter and at various times had been employed in the meat markets of this village. Besides the parents he is survived by one sister, Mrs. Hugh Derby.
