She was born in Ionia, the daughter of Charles and Mary Lemke, and lived the first 20 years of her life here. She is survived by her husband Sy; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Nimtz of Ionia, Mrs. Edith Kelby of Saginaw and Mrs. Don Parker of Saranac; two brothers, Herman Lemke of Ionia and Richard Lemke of South Haven. Services will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. in South Haven and the body will be removed to Boynton funeral home where services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock with the Rev. Fr. Roger J. Bunday officiating. Burial will be at Highland Park cemetery. Subsequent Publication: June 18, 1954 Funeral services for Mrs. Mabel Earl who died Monday morning at her home in South Haven were held Thursday afternoon at the Boynton funeral home at 2 o’clock with the Rev. Fr. Roger J. Bunday officiating. Interment was at Highland Park cemetery. Bearers were Fred Lemke, Delbert Lemke, Harold Lemke, Wesley Peabody, Dee VanNornum and Martin Ludwig. Those who attended the services from away were Clair Earl and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Lemke of South Haven, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Kelby of Saginaw, Mr. and Mrs. Don Parker of Saranac and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Willard of Muskegon.
