Services for Mrs. Myrtle M. Earle, 79, of 1205 Tupper Lake St., Lake Odessa, 
who died Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 28, at Pennock Hospital, were held Saturday 
at 3 p.m. at the Pickens Koops Chapel in Lake Odessa.  Rev. Richard Sessink 
officiated and burial was in Lakeside Cemetery.

She had been a patient at the hospital since Sept. 23, following a long illness.

She was born March 1, 1898 in Sebewa Township, Ionia County, the daughter of 
Andrus and Anna (Linley) Daniels.  She was a graduate of the Lake Odessa High 
School and Ionia County Normal.  She married Avard Earle in 1919.  He died Dec. 
26, 1965.  She worked at the Ionia State Hospital for 20 ½ years, retiring in 
1964.  She was a lifelong resident of the Lake Odessa area.

She was a member of the Calvary United Brethren Church in Lake Odessa.

Surviving are a son, Edward of Trenton; four daughters, Mrs. J. C. (Donna) Dean 
and Miss Pat Earle, both of Atlanta, Fa., Mrs. Lyle (Uusurulla) Eldridge and 
Mrs. Gordon (Polly) Eldridge, both of Lake Odessa, Mrs. Bernard (Uceba) Thomas 
and Mrs. Elton (Bernice) Gunn, both of Lake Odessa, and one brother, 18 
grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
