Sentinel-Std. - Wednesday, July 15, 1953

Funeral services for Dr. Plyn Earle, 72, who died Sunday at Coral Gables, Fla., 
will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. .at the Morris funeral home in Saranac.

Dr. Earle was born in Ionia county Nov. 5, 1881. He practiced dentistry in 
Grand Rapids for many years. In 1930 he moved his practice in Saranac and in 
1938 to Jackson. He continued to practice at Jackson until June of 1951 when he 
was stricken with cerebral thrombosis and in the fall of the same year went to 
Florida to live. He suffered a stroke in the spring of 1952 and had been in a 
hospital since that time.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret; three step children, Robert, Barbara and 
Richard; and a cousin, Dexter M. Vibber of Ionia.
