He went to rest on Saturday October 29th, at about 4:30. He was 85 years, 7 months and 25 days old. The funeral was held at his home at 2:30 Monday. Rev. Isaac Mourer officiated, assisted by Rev. Beardsley of the Radical United Brethren church of which he was a member. Mr. and Mrs R. W. Goodemoot sang. Interment in Lakeside cemetery. Additional Comments: OBITUARY Henry Edwin Earle was born n Odinah county, Ohio, on Feb. 4th 1835 and died at his home Oct. 29th, 1920. He was married to Eliza Jane Hughes Jan. 4th, 1862. To this union were born two children, Mrs. Herman Berndt of Odessa and Mr. Lewis Earle of Lake Odessa. He leaves to mourn their loss, a wife, two children, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, also many friends and relatives. He was a soldier of the war of the Rebellion. After the Rebellion he moved to Jackson and lived there two years. He then moved to Lake Odessa where he lived until the time of his death. He chose Christ as his Savior, a number of years ago and proved faithful unto the end.
