Ionia Sentinel Standard, 3 Nov 1942

Funeral services for A. Merton Eaves, 70, a retired mailcarrier and resident of
Belding for 45 years who died in Blodgett hospital, Grand Rapids, early Monday
following an illness of several years, will be held at the Fitzjohns funeral
home at Belding Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock.  Rev. Thomas Rice of the
Methodist church will officiate and burial will be in Orleans cemetery.
