EAVES, DARLENE SUE (LAKE)(MRS. KENNETH):
SENTINEL-STANDARD, Ionia, MI, Friday, September 10, 1999:  "Obituary - Darlene
Sue Eaves, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away on Sept. 8,
1999 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
   She was born Dec. 17, 1946, in Greenville.
   She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary #1039 of Lansing,
serving as president in 1997-98.
   She graduated from Saginaw Valley University in 1979 with a bachelor of arts
degree.
   She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Lake and Vivian Lake
Norris; one son, Jason Anthony Winters and one grandson, Anthony Ray Winters.
   Surviving are her husband Kenneth; three sons, John Winters of Fenwick,
Dennis Winters and Nicholas Eaves, both of Belding; one daughter, Renee
(Michael) Arntz of Belding; eight grandchildren, Jeremy, Cassandra, Joshua,
Matthew, Ariel and Savannah Winters and Jessica and Mikayla Arntz; one brother,
Arden (Jeanne) Lake of Carson City, Sheila Whorley of Hastings and Sharon Lake
of Alpine, Texas; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
   A memorial service will be conducted by the FOE Aux on Friday at 7 p.m.
   Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Huffman Funeral Home,
Belding.
   Visitation will be Friday from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. at the funeral
home."
