October 21, 2023 EAVEY Lonnis Myles Eavey age 72, of Muir, MI passed away Friday, October 13, 2023. He was born on July 31, 1951 in Ionia the son of Arthur and Maxine (Miller) Eavey. Lonnis loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, boating, gardening, and playing solitaire. He was a volunteer for the Lyons-Muir fire department and worked for the village doing maintenance. Lonnis played the drums for multiple bands, Road Show, Desperato's, Southern Spice and Loui Loui. He also loved trains, tractors, motorcylces and RC planes. He is survived by his children, Lonnis Eavey of Muir, Holly (Jimmy) Clack of Stanwood, Candis Eavey of Ionia, Nikole (John) Heath of Vestaberg, Amber (Thomas) Olney of Hubbbardston, Navilla (Travis) Rogers of Ionia, Myles Eavey of Muir and Kenton Eavey of Muir; grandchildren, Joan M.Grahm, Amber Maxham, Stephaie Hillabandt, Matthew Hillabrandt,Amanda Hillabrandt,Francis Moore, Alyssa VandenBrook, Christina VandenBrook, Britney VandenBrook, Machully Schafer, Bryce Eavey, Stevie Auge, Jason Frushour, Melonie Frushour, Gunner Olney, Rylynn Larkins, Lanie Larkins, Arianna Hattis, Peyton Heath,Logan Olney, December Wyatt, Carley Wyatt, Travis Wyatt.Beau Rogers, Emily Wyatt, Veer'ah heath and Zackary Larkins; Great-grandchildren,Arabella Goodman, Lincoln Goodman,Phillip Clark IV, Everett VandenBrook, Kinsley Graham, Cora Grahm, Torryn Grahm, Loralei Maxwell, James Hillabrandt and Francis Kramer; Brother, Kenton Eavey, Sisters, Lonese Conroe and Laural Kemp; first wife, Minnie Clark; second wife, Linda Eavey and best friend Rob Cherpes. He was preceded in death by his parents; third wife, Janice Eavey; Brother, Dallas Eavey and Sister, Sheri Eavey. Funeral services will be held at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia on Saturday October 21, at 12:00 PM. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to services (11-12).
