Ionia Sentinel Standard, 21 May 2015

John R. Eby, age 60 of Ionia, formerly of Saranac, passed away May 19, 2015, in
Ann Arbor.  He was born June 21, 1954 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, the son of
Clayton and Doris (Priest) Eby.  John graduated from Saranac High School, Class
of 1973.  He loved cars, designing and art.

He is survived by his mother, Doris Eby of Ionia; brother, James (Paula) Eby of
Ionia; sister, Barbara (Lloyd) Miller of Ionia; many nieces, nephews, great
nieces, & great-nephews.  John was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Eby.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 22, 11 a.m. at Lyons-Muir Church with
Pastor Bert Nelson officiating.  Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at
Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. Those wishing may make contributions to the National
Kidney Foundation, American Heart Association, or Arthritis Foundation of
Michigan.
