Ionia Daily Standard, 21 Jul 1905

Mrs. Ellen M. Eckmeder passed away at 2 o’clock on Thursday afternoon, as the
result of the stroke of paralysis sustained on Sunday evening, and in her demise
a good and faithful mother has gone to her Maker for a sure reward.  The funeral
will be on Sunday at 2:30 o’clock, attended from the home, No.328 Centre street.
 Interment in Highland Park.  Officiating clergyman, Rev. W.B. Taylor.
