                              CORLISS C.EDDY

Coerliss C.Eddy, 45, of Denver, Colo., died Sunday morning, June 3, at 5:30 in 
DesMoines,Iowa, after suffering from a heart attack.

He was born April, 1911 in Fenwick, the son of Mr.and Mrs.Albert Eddy of 346 
East Washington street, Ionia, and was employed  by the Watson Bros. Trucking 
Company, for the past four years, doing long distance trucking between Chicago 
and the west coast. he had been living in Denver, Colo., for the past six months 
and previously made his home in Omaha,Nebraska.

He attended schools in Detroit.

Surviving are his wife, Lucille, of Denver; his parents, Albert and Mabel Eddy, 
and one sister, Helen, all of Ionia.

The body will arrive at the Boyston Funeral Home Tuesday, where funeral service 
will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:30 with the Rev. Court O. Adams 
officiating. Interment will be in Balcom Cemetery.
