Kenneth Raymond Edwards, 80, of Ionia passed away January 21, 2008.  He was 
born October 18, 1927 in Bushne1l Township, Michigan the son of Evelyn and 
Flora (Naggs) Edwards.  He married Barbara Braman on March 1, 1952 in Ionia.  
Mr. Edwards worked as a corrections officer until retirement in 1992.  He was 
a member of the Sheridan VFW and American Legion in Ionia.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara of Ionia, sons Gerry 
(Nancy) Edwards of Wisconsin, Doug (Judy) Edwards of Belding and Dennis 
(Phyllis) of Ionia; sister, Dorothy (Bob) McKinley of Florida; five 
grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren and 
step great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; three bothers, Glen, Harold and Ver 
and one sister, Carol.

Funeral services at Shiloh Community Church.  Interment in Palo Cemetery.  
Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home of Ionia.
