Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Mon. Feb., 10, 1930
Herbert Edwards, 70, died at the home of his son, Harry Edwards, near Palo 
Monday morning at 11:30 after a 12 hour illness which was preceded by a 
stroke.  The funeral arrangements have not been completed.

Mr. Edwards was born in Bushnell township and had always lived there. He 
leaves two sons, Harry Edwards of Palo and E. Edwards of Fenwick, and three 
daughters, Mrs. Blanche Bemis of Ionia; Mrs. Norman Eitelbuss of Palo and Mrs. 
Stanley Gilmore of Shiloh.
