Lincoln Ave., died Sunday at the home of her daughter in rural Pewamo. Mrs. Egan was born March 8, 1900 in Russia, and lived most of her life in the Carson City and Ionia areas. Her husband, John, died in 1963. She was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church, the Rosary Circle and senior citizens group. She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Willard (Josephine) Simmet, Middleton, Mrs. Regina Edwards, Denver, Colo., Mrs. Julius (Marjorie) Cook, Portland, Mrs. Jack (Phyllis) Patton, Ionia, and Mrs. Stephen (Mary) Klein, Pewamo; five sons, Pat of Remus, Larry of Denver, Gerald of Lowell, Dick of Golden, Colo., and Robert of Sheridan; 35 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; six sisters and two brothers. Funeral mass will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. from SS Peter and Paul with Father Mark Mitchell officiating. Parish rosary services will be at 7 p.m. at the Leddick Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. A memorial fund has been established for SS Peter and Paul Church.
